  • This hands-on youth class teaches beginners the skills and technique required for the sport of Track & Field in the area of Throwing events. Participants will learn: event rules, different performance styles, scoring, implements needed, footwear, and how to succeed in the following events:    
  • Shot Put 
  • Javelin Throw
  • Discus Throw
  • Hammer Throw (SUMMER CLASS FULL) 
  • Age range: 11+ 
  • 2 hands-on classes per week / 6 classes total 
  • Total $150
